Collect current research about 21st century skills, what employers and colleges are looking for, and current job descriptions for jobs for which your graduates might apply

4b. Collect and review current research about 21st century skills and dispositions for workforce readiness. Review current job descriptions in fields into which your graduates may go (Resource: Sample job description, Envision Learning Partners).
8. Develop focus groups of various stakeholders either to provide input in the beginning or feedback after the initial draft has been created (Resource: Stakeholder Input, Core Shifts).
