Evan Morse

Chief Operations Officer

As NEASC’s Chief Operations Officer, Evan manages the daily operations, IT, staffing, and infrastructure of the organization.

Evan began working in IT in 2000 as a programmer/analyst for ValueOptions/MBHP. During his tenure there, he managed system programming and development, technical support services, and eventually served as Director of IT. He joined NEASC in 2014 as Director of IT before becoming Chief Operations Officer in 2021. In addition to a background in programming and database design and development, Evan holds a master’s degree in clinical social work.
