Carrie supports member schools through every stage of the NEASC Accreditation process, partnering with educators and leaders to cultivate cultures of belonging, innovation, and continuous improvement.
She brings over 25 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and mentor to Catholic school leaders across Vermont. Prior to joining NEASC in 2024, Carrie spent 16 years as Head of School at All Saints Catholic Academy in Morrisville, Vermont. She also served as a member of the Commission on Independent Schools, where she contributed to the accreditation decisions of hundreds of schools and supported policy development and standards revision work.
Carrie is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Vermont. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Saint Michael’s College and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and English from Trinity College.
Through her experience leading school visits and guiding her own school through accreditation, Carrie has witnessed the transformative power of self-reflection and peer review. She is proud to be part of a team that helps schools make meaningful, mission-driven progress and ensures that all students are positioned to thrive.
