We are headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts, USA, but our team is distributed throughout New England and across four continents in order to better serve the schools we work with around the world. Administrative Assistant (Educational Accreditation Coordinator)

We are seeking an individual to join our public schools team supporting hundreds of schools in the New England region as they engage in school improvement through accreditation. We are looking for someone to assist with all levels of administrative support of the accreditation process including drafting and editing official correspondence, managing reports and data, and scheduling and supporting school visits, workshops, and other activities. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication, attention to detail, wants to work as part of a team, and enjoys engaging productively in meetings. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office.
