Conference Attendee Guide

Tips to help you get the most out of your conference experience!

  1. Make sure you have logged into our conference app Sched. You should've received an email invitation from the app to join the event, NEASC2025. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder and let us know if you didn’t receive it.
  2. Plan how you will get to/from the conference venue, check out airport and train information, and review parking options.
  3. Monday and Tuesday wrap up with an early cocktail reception and then the evenings are yours to explore Boston! We've put together a list of local dining recommendations for you.
  4. Boston is a city rich with history and culture. In town for extra time? From walking the historic Freedom Trail to shopping on Newbury Street, there are many ways to enjoy your time in Boston.

Remember to use Sched to access the full conference schedule:

The schedule and speaker details are always accessible; however, if you would like to access all of the app’s features, interact with attendees, access session resources, and use personalized functions, you will need to set up your Sched account and log in.

In Sched settings:

  • Set your profile to "PUBLIC" so you can chat with other attendees.
  • Toggle email announcements to "ON" so that you can receive important event updates.

The hotel is a short drive from Boston Logan Airport and a similar distance to several train stations in Boston. Taxis and ride shares (like Lyft and Uber) are readily available at the airport and train stations.

If you are staying at the Sheraton, hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 p.m.

There is limited valet parking available at the hotel, and additional garages are located nearby.

Local Dining Recommendations

The hotel is conveniently located in Boston's Back Bay between Huntington Avenue and Boylston Street. Just step out the door for a multitude of shopping and dining options - or for a walk/run that will take you through the heart of Boston.

Just a short taxi or ride-share away:

  • Check out Boston’s famous North End for Italian.
  • Head to Faneuil Hall for the authentic Irish pub experience. Start at The Black Rose or Mr. Dooley’s.
