Admission practices around diversity, equity, and inclusion are critical issues for all schools. This webinar reviewed how the SFFA v. Harvard ruling impacts independent schools and provided school leaders with tips on how they should respond to the ruling. This session also explorde the aftermath of the SFFA decision and the wave of new litigation resulting from the Court’s decision.
