International School Visiting Teams
Thank you for volunteering your time!
NEASC Visiting Team members are an outstanding asset to the process of accreditation. These well-trained peer reviewers put their best efforts forth when they visit our schools to observe teaching and learning, meet with members of the learning community, and validate the findings from the school's self-reflection. NEASC Visitors are excited about the future of education and interested in helping other schools gain traction for their improvements and transformations. Visitors are flexible thinkers, caring collaborators, fluent communicators, and generous with their time and talents.
Once selected to participate, Visiting Team members will receive resources and training to prepare for their role. Prior to a scheduled visit, the Team Chair will contact each Visiting team member regarding the specifics of the visit. Specific questions regarding becoming a NEASC Visitor or how to access training materials can be sent to cie@neasc.org.
Travel Arrangements for NEASC Visitors
For the convenience of our Visiting Team members, NEASC has contracted with Frosch Travel, an agency based in Washington, D.C. We recommend that you make all visit-related travel arrangements through Frosch to avoid personal out-of-pocket expenditures. Frosch will bill NEASC directly and we will, in turn, bill the host school. Please make sure to identify yourself as traveling for NEASC when you work with Frosch.

Become a NEASC Visitor
Participating on a NEASC Accreditation Visiting Team is a unique, immersive experience frequently referred to by our volunteers as the most impactful professional development they've had as an educator.
I would like to record my enormous appreciation of the NEASC Visiting Team for their wonderful educational lens. It was remarkable to see the small things which they noticed, their capacity to engage thoughtfully with the entire school community, and the generous way in which they communicated that the ACE Learning protocol is a journey in self-improvement so that it became an enabling exercise for everyone.
