Resolution to recognize February as National CTE Month reintroduced
Happy #CTEMonth® 2021! NEASC is proud to celebrate #careerteched and support the common pedagogy that unites all CTE approaches: a belief that students are most engaged when learning is personalized, inquiry-based, applied to real-world situations, and problem/project-based. CTE teachers and admins have had an especially challenging year due to pandemic restrictions limiting the hands-on learning fundamental to CTE - and we salute their tireless efforts to maintain a high quality experience for their students!
Congressmen Jim Langevin (D-RI) and Glenn Thompson (R-PA) are leading a renewed effort to recognize February as National CTE Month.
"CTE will play a critical role in building a talented workforce for the future and ensuring the nation’s economic comeback as we continue to battle the pandemic."
