Four levers to transform your school and develop Future Ready Learners
In this interactive session, participants will focus on the transformational change they believe is necessary to develop Future Ready Learners and they will assess their own schools against four levers that build the organizational strength to sustain transformational learning. They will also learn how to use the student learning, professional learning, and continuous improvement systems to embed transformational learning into the fabric of their school so it will stand the test of time. This session will highlight how one Connecticut school district is building Future Ready Learners using these levers and systems.
Who should attend?
School teams are encouraged to attend.
What to bring
Participants should bring their school’s guiding statements (mission, vision, core beliefs, Portrait of the Graduate) and a willingness to reflect on their current practices.
