Gretchen McNulty
Associate Director for Accreditation and School Improvement
NEASC Commission on Public Schools
As Associate Director, Gretchen partners closely with member schools to support their accreditation and sustain ongoing growth and improvement efforts.
Having served as a K–12 Director of Learning, Superintendent of Falmouth Public Schools in Maine, as well as an educator at The International School of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Gretchen brings extensive experience in curriculum and instruction and a diverse background in education. Notably, Gretchen is our first Associate Director from Maine, and under her leadership, Falmouth became the first district to earn NEASC District Accreditation. Her background is further strengthened by six years of deep engagement with NEASC as a visitor, review committee chair, and Commission member. Her work has consistently focused on strengthening teaching and learning, and supporting educators as they navigate the complex systems that shape schools and districts.
