Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Finance Manager to lead the organization’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This is an important hands-on role that combines solid accounting responsibilities with genuine opportunities to improve systems, strengthen processes, and support organizational decision-making.
The successful candidate will be encouraged to evaluate and enhance NEASC’s current financial operations — identifying practical ways to better leverage available technology to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, strengthen reporting, and reduce unnecessary manual processes. The Finance Manager will work collaboratively with NEASC’s internal IT team to support the thoughtful integration of technology into financial operations and reporting.
This role is well suited for a finance professional who enjoys both reliable accounting work and thoughtful process improvement within a collegial, small-organization environment.
