Located at the Copley Place Mall, the Westin Hotel is directly adjacent to the Annual Meeting facilities at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. (The Dartmouth Street exit for the Copley Place Mall is across the street from the Copley Plaza's side entrance.) 

The Westin’s web page for attendees of the NEASC Annual Meeting and Conference is available to book reservations on-line at the reduced rate structure, prior to November 4, 2008.

Reservations may be telephoned to the hotel, 1-800-WESTIN-1 or 1-800-937-8461. To receive reduced rate structure, attendees must identify their affiliation with either the NEASC meeting or the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Requests made after above date will be offered at the regular hotel rates.

All rooms subject to 12.45% tax. All Rates are Net Rates.
